Broth of enlightenment bugged?

I just tried to craft a broth of enlightenment, using the recipe listed on ark.gamepedia.com and couldn't cook it in the industrial cooker, nor in the cooking pot.
I re-read 10 times the recipe,

10 × Mejoberry
2 × Rockarrot
2 × Longrass
2 × Savoroot
2 × Citronal
5 × Woolly Rhino Horn
1 × Black Pearl
1 × Water

without any results, am I doing something wrong or is it bugged?

That's weird, I made one just yesterday, but then again I used the Death Worm horns since I was on SE and it worked fine.
Could something be bugged since that change maybe?

I found the error / problem. Apparently the water tap attached to the industrial cooker did not work anymore. The cooker and the irrigation was installed roughly when the industrial cooker was introduced to the game. Patching *cough*
