Another 2x xp weekend this weekend?

I am looking at the main menu of ark and where it has the release notes it has the purple text with the double xp weekend thing on it. I was wondering if this was just left over from last time or if it was happening again this weekend. If it is happening again this weekend I hope they continue to do double xp every weekend. It would help a heck of a lot, especially on se with no kibble ;(

Loving the double xp weekend on official primitive servers! If this is true, the 175 prime meat jerky for a 120 bronto I've just farmed and made can be used for two xD

To be honest I wouldnt even mind if they only implemented a 2x taming event once every two weeks or once a month for example. Like I dont think that having the xp and resource gather is the problem. I just think that taming is the most time consuming most boring part, but perhaps one of the most essential parts of the game, so I wouldnt even care if it was just a taming event.

I found while breeding quetzals on official server It is torture .
So put a copy of ark in Guantanamo Bay and have enemy combatants torture themselves with sleep deprivation. After the third day the hallucinations will get you I thought my son had a platform saddle on ... It was only a bookbag..
