Fast way to farm meat ?

Anyone knows any good ways to farm lots of regular meat or fish meat ? I mean LOTS.

What dinos and where ? (The center map)

If you don't have a gigga it's Rex or spino not really anything else good argy do not come to close maybe a bear or a carno both with high dmg and it depends on the damage percent a top Rex will beat a crappy gigga... Yes I have tested this myself gigga with 56 dmg loses to my best Rex but my 120 tame doubles the meat from my best Rex

giga on burnt island. just keep doing laps and then cook on an offshore cooking boat or cooker quetzal.

To be honest unless I'm doing a feeding from a long absence I use a bear everytime it gathers berries and meat with ease and has 1300 weight

Yeah I sprint along the shore of jungle south ( The center) and since my base is close to the swamp .. There's always plenty of Paracer hanging around it .. When i am not killing dino for meat I just spam LMB while running and gather a tons of Fiber and berries between each dino kill..

I come back base with thousand of fiber, berries and a tons of fresh meat and I i have the time I cook the remaining prime meat for extra jerky sausage !

Only if I really need plant species x or mushrooms. Anky or bronto in the Swamp when I need supplies. Other than that no way

I have a lvl 240 dire bear with like 350% dmg and about same carno. Not imprinted.
Takes a while to get meat to raise a ptera :-(
My way was going to the tundra (below the south ice) and kill mamoth/rhino and all the cats there.

Is Rex better ? Does damage post 350-400 will actually affect the amount gathered ? (I don't care if +100% dmg adds 1% meat)

Giga on burnt island ? Tamed giga vs wild giga = tamed giga butt kicked no ?

How much time should 5 fridges full of meat take ?

Giga > Rex > ....

If you dont have a Rex yet get one. It will get you far more meat per dino than a bear / carno / saber / raptor ever will.
Nothing will beat a Giga. I use a Giga with a Paracer with 6 Grills on the Platform on follow to cook it.

All the other dinos are pretty lackluster in comparison. A Spino is ok but much harder to tame than a Rex and will get a little less meat ...

Set 4 or 5 rexes on aggressive and enable wander. We name them wanderaggressive1 thru 5 so other tribes know to avoid them. Just check them to get meat like stone from doed and wood from beaver. Easy peasy
