They are because fire ignores armor, which I agree with that though but we should have a counter like an anti-fire coating to apply on armors and saddles that reduce fire damage.

I am not sure what the problem is you can play on servers without fire arrows yes?

Some body made a calculation sheet for fire arrow on flyers and concluded that, it does hurt, but take in compound bow metal arrow on them hurts more. They have a base +800% damage on headshot to flyers for all arrows that is also applied to the fire. I'm pretty sure you can kill a 2k ptera with mc saddle with a few metal arrows. I'll test that once I get home. I'll update you on it.

Stop complaining a bigger bully's picking on you.

I play PVP and not all servers are bully simulators some are fun with good companions and great combat. Most of these are unofficial though.

Dude never come to my server we would not enjoy your presence. We prefer to have fun building castles and have sieges or a good set piece battles. What is the fun of driving everyone before you off the server and then playing by yourself on an empty server?

One doesn't exclude the other. I think that people who tame in the wild without making any kind of defense are kind of asking for being killed and get the tame killed. At least put some spikes, ffs.

Yes comparing MC CROSSBOW (Super Easy to find on SE) that takes 150 metal, wood, and fiber to a MC COMPOUND BOW that takes 1800+ POLYMER, 500+ METAL, AND PASTE makes a ton of sense?!?!?

Plus, The shear fact that you think a lesser bow is as powerful as the higher tier with DLC purchase is infact Pay to Win. If you pay 20$ your Crossbow will be as good as a Compound Bow. Thats Pay to Win.

So the compound bow is inferior to the crossbow. The only thing redeeming its usage is metal arrow.

The Compound Bow is supposed to use Metal Arrows for full damage. If you bother to use it properly, you will find that the Ptera in question dies in 2 head shots at most. Hell I have done over 2k headshot hits on a flyer in a single shot with a Compound Bow. You can't compare the two if you use them properly, as they are meant to be used. Yes if you use stone arrows you are going to do less damage with the Compound. But that is how it should be.

I said compound with metal arrows because that was your example. The compound bow does 225 damage with a metal arrow that bypass's Armor. With a stone arrow 74. A stone arrow is not meant for the CP bow. Obviously this does not make it a lessor weapon.

The crossbow does 95 with a Stone Arrow. But can not hold metal arrow and is effected by saddles.

Either way, your proving the point of this game tier system is totally messed up by paid DLC.

It is not messed up by paid DLC considering that said CONTENT will be added so that mods can have access to all of it without even needing the DLC as soon as they update the kit. Yes for right now those who do not have the DLC have no access to it on their own. But they can get it from anyone who does if they are friends with someone or one of their clan members has it. Your argument about Paid DLC only works if the content is kept behind the pay wall which it isn't. Even now it only takes one person to have the Paid DLC and hand it out to others who do not.

So, you are agreeing with me that compound bow > crossbow with fire arrow. See how easy it is to admit defeat.
You think that going to SE then get enough arrows and coming back is not more bothersome than to take an anky and go farm metal and collect a few beaver dam for a few thousands of metal and cementing paste? And just take a pellagornis or a wooden club to farm organic polymer on baby kairuru. They are treated as normal polymer by the fab. EZ PZ lemon squeezy.
