avoid hypethermia ??

i have stone base in SE, but every time i go in (day/night) i start losing HEALTH. even with armor or no armor, even if i have window frame walls, and air conditioner.

any1 help how to make this work ? temperature said its 5° but i get HYPERTHERMIA just when i go inside of building, even if i am freezing outside.

Only thing working in my base is generator.
Have 1 air conditioner(may i need to add more? )
Have 20 fortitude too.

edit: hyperthermal insulation go from 190 to -790 or even -1100 when i am inside.

DO NOT USE A STONE (or metal) base, it will kill you

Even a wood base = bad, they store the suns heat during the day and cook you, it could be freezing outside but walking into a stone or metal base will cook you.

You really only have one base option, Adobe
