Mod Idea: Scorched earth + Island map combination!

Hi , my idea is to combine the Island map with the Scorched earth map but as 2 big Islands.A very big mod idea i know , but i think this is a awesome idea. Scorched earth and island together
with all animals.

Force spawning the SE creatures on the Island/Center is different.

What OP is saying is to combine 3 maps, The Island, The Center and Scorched Earth into one Giant map where you simply just need to travel by water or air to get around.

Don't know if it is possible, but the SE map needs to be remodeled to be an Island at the edges for this to work.

Don't think it would work unless you had a really good server if your hosting it.

Hav ebeen thinking about this since SE came out. The Island, The Center and Scorched Earth all in one.

for Bioms tho, would make the Island mostly Ice, the center Mainly Swamp and Jungle and otherwise only redwood spot (by Harrambe Waterfall etc) And then scorched earth above the Lava Island (the center) which could also be made a bit bigger.

I would seriously donate to crowd funding if someone started working on this.that or, maybe ARK will release this a mega "official Release" map =P

There are some beautiful things on the Island that would be ruined by ice.

Maps that big are not working well for ARK, that why big maps like Valhalla are discontinued. So great idea, but not possible.

Personaly i'd make the carno island alot bigger and make that the desert biome.
Would be brutal enough for sure as lets face it carno islands the only difficult spot on the island unless you count "giga mountain".

While adding wyverns to the volcano nesting around the lava,
The moths to the forests.

So on and so fourth.

just wait for the procedural generated maps :P even if they are not so big or "infinifte", i think the final goal of all that will be to have an in-game cross ark transport system, (not bettween servers) or simillar to connect all the generated maps (or at least will be the nearest way to have a good size map), if that's not the case then forget about it, the engine just will create maps with the size of the island, the ones in the mods are not manageables that's why valhala has issues, hysteria was closed, others will not longer be supported etc.

Technical not possible at the moment. Maps couldn't be much bigger than the island because when they are bigger, this causes many problems with the servers.
So nice idea, but not possible at the moment.

The more easier way for this would be to add a teleporter which is able to teleport you to the other server (instead of the obelisk upload system).

Very likely. but not without other beautiful ruins elsewhere to make up for it and more detail to the already existing ones. it will be a bit of give and take i guess until we found the right combo =) And i want to add an underwater ruined city etc,with a cave in its middle,that gives you access to a Cavern that still host a Ruined City from who knows where (ARK loves to keep us guessing with the lore). only accessible by water, artifact in it somewhere. lots of squids. and maybe super shark or squid for new boss that can only be fought underwater?

Sorry.was ment to reply to the ice/ruin point. but if you like your ruins also, then you might appreciate the concept/idea =)
