that CPU should be ok, I use it...... depending on what you have your graphical settings at. Make sure you have "Distance Field Shadowing" un-checked in the boxes, an absolute performance killer.

It's the game. The laggy comes and goes with every patch. Been like this for a year. Sometimes my 8350 and R9-290 run it sweet, other times I log out because it runs like garbage until the next patch.
