Scorched Earth Server resets all the time

Hey Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have the following issue: me and 2 friends have rented a server for Ark and played several days on it when the Center DLC went officially live. Now with Scorched Earth we switched the map on the config site given from the hosting company.
But every time the server restarts, it resets to day one and all out items and tamed animals are gone.
I used Admin commands to restore everything we accomplished but today, the same procedure and in addition to that, our survivors are gone as well :/ is this a known issue or may i have done something wrong?

Hey,

your not allone man, i have the same Problem with my Server, i have a ARK Server hosted by Nitrado and on "The Island" everything is working fine even when i restart the Server. But "Scorched Earth" reset the World everytime i restart the Server(the Chars are all dead but its possible to respawn).

I use the same Serversetting for both maps, so i think there shouldnt be a Problem.

Same here, nitrado, played till sunday and all was good, server stopped, changed nothing but maybe update automatically from host and restarted server today...all gone. Naked new player... :(

OP, who do you use to host?

might be host specific issue??

I have been having the same problem, server restarts itself every night at the same time, with massive roll backs
Last night i got locked out of my base and lost all my dinos as i was somehow kicked out of MY tribe! I had to go round everything and set it back to mine.
I use Survival Servers.

Ok, i fixed it for my server. (only working if your server is online 24/7)
I downloaded the latest backup[ScorchedEarth_P_dd.mm.jjjj_00.00.00.ark] when the server was ok, then i deleated all other Scorched Earth files.

DANGER: do not deleat other files or you may loose your other maps/clans/charakters...

After that created a fresh Scorched Earth Map. Then uploaded the backup and replaced the fresh World file.

[ScorchedEarth_P_dd.mm.jjjj_00.00.00.ark] --> [ScorchedEarth_Park]

you can find the saved World in <arkse/ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks>
best way to find the latest working Wolrd is to download all backups to your pc and then copy them into your singleplayer Arks. there you can use cheats and check if you have the backup you want. And dont restart your server else you may loose your world again -_-

Had the same issue on Nitrado, i contacted the support and they fixed the issue very fast :) Now running smooth.
