What do wyverns eat?

Im not sure what wyverns eat and im kind of needing to know really qick!

As far as I know, wyverns only eat wyvern milk which you get by knocking out other wyverns. You can not tame adult wyverns. You can only hatch eggs that you steal from them.

Gotta get the wyvern milk then XD. In the livestream, they mentioned that alpha wyverns have a lot of it. I'm not sure if you can get it by killing the adults or if you HAVE to knock them out to get it.

gotta knock them out and milk them before they wake up... make sure to bring your milking pale.

I just imagine a farmer having a big area with wyverns chilling there, then he just grabs a bucket and a little chair, goes over to one and tries to milk it like a cow XD
Can you get the milk from tamed Wyverns? I didn't follow the stream long enough I guess :P
