How to enable PAX PARTY event on private server?

I'm not super savvy on server running, my friend is the one who set it up. But they don't know how to enable this event so I'm trying to hunt down the info. Help, anyone?

EDIT: I should specify this is for PC, on a Gportal hosted server.

v349.8 - 09/02/2022 - Minor version for servers

PAX Party is now active with a burst of colors, 3X Taming, Harvesting, XP, Hexagons, and Breeding! You can enable the special colours with ActiveEvent=PAX

TLDR, you add it to your batch file that launches the server. Its a command line argument.
