Fjordur performance

Hello,

Can anyone comment on how the performance is on Fjordur?
Would like to know how it is compared to like gen2 or other maps.

Since it just came out like an hour ago and most likely anyone who has succeeded in downloading it now(since that too takes time) are most likely playing on the map and not paying attention to the forums here, you may need to wait for responses from others about that.

Only played a few minutes. Performance was ok. Better than Gen2 or Lost Island.

2080 ti
1tb ssd
my system struggles for 40 fps on epic settings, every other map it stays around 80 ish at 1440P

far better then lost island.... I don't even catch lag spikes at all and looks great. The minigun dog is my new fav mount being fenrir is only boss obtainable. Took my revenge on thos robbing rats with wings.

I'm running 3070 ti at 1440p and it's also stuck at 40 fps on max settings, then it dumps at 8 fps after about 10 minutes of playing. Not sure if its an issue with optimisation, but I know it's not my specs.

Kingston HyperX 16 GB ram
Kingston A2000 NVME SSD

Works like a charm.

100+ FPS.

Barely any lag spikes (Unless loading new zones/caves)

Lost Island had weird loading borders but overall I still didnt have to much problems with it.

Dont run the game at max settings.....

Also: Are you runnign singleplayer? Cause singleplayer will affect your performance.

32gb RAM
3070 ti FE
2tb Nvme

Those frames mentioned were while online Multiplayer, and I also reduced settings when trying to troubleshoot, but still got similar results with frames dropping. (Drivers were up-to-date too)

is what I use and I really dont have frame drops unless I am entering cave and what not.

The game still looks great tbh, I dont think max vs those settings is worth the performance loss you may get.
