Wild dino food drain setting?

I have had the game for a while, but just started playing recently. I have been playing single player and really enjoy it, but I have read that the time required for taming can be punishing for single player games. I was going to just bump the taming speed timer, but I read that a more graceful way to do it was to leave the taming speed at 1 and bump the Wild Dino Food Drain up to make them just eat more frequently.

Here's my problem. For the life of me, I can't find the food drain setting for wild dinos specifically. I checked the sliders and both ini files. Am I missing it? Is it a line I need to add to the ini?

Dino character Food Drain is the slider

I dont know if this affects both tamed and wild dinos, but it is the slider I moved thinking it would slow down how much food I had to feed my dinos (and it actually made it take insanely long to starve tame anything)

just scroll down to where the check boxes are, and then count upwards 8 sliders and you will see it.

I would recommend putting WildDinoCharacterFoodDrainMultiplier = 1 (higher the number the faster food drains on wild dinos that you knockout) in the game.ini. The Slider mentioned above effects both if I remember right.

The config makes it where you still need resources to tame. It just happens a lot faster.

Some specific settings don't appear in the config already, you need to paste them in. The game has defaults for those settings that is uses automatically, unless you put the setting in yourself and change it to something else.

Ok, thanks everyone! This is the answer I was looking for! I pasted the line in, but haven't made any attempts yet. Hopefully it makes things a bit more reasonable without making taming instant or taking all the resources out of it.
