Ark Official Server Network Status: Deploying

So, my husband, daughter, and I were heading in to play Ark. I launched non dedicated server a I always do. I am not showing up for my daughter, and she noticed the title message. We are not sure what that message means, and if that has anything to do with why she can't see me. We have had it before If I launched the game a long time before she tried to join me, but not when she tried to join me just minutes after I got in.
