Underwater and cave drops not spawning
I have been searching for under water drops all day long and they just stopped spawning after i looted one, same is in the caves. Anybody have the same issue?

WTF yeah I went across the spots 3 times for nothing today, got sick of it. On the center.

same for me here! cant find more than one at a time - did they had that 100/100 "hp" all the time? they seem to despawn now like normal drops, found one at 80/100 and one with 10/100 that despawned right in front of me.

Dont know about the hp, i just know that since i picked up 1 this morning from the sea they are not spawning anymore as well in caves.

It may feel like they aren't respawning because they now have despawn timers like regular supply drops do. If someone doesn't open them before the expire, they'll break and disappear.

And what happens then? 25/45 minutes to wait for a new beacon to spawn?

Oh wow .. A long long trip for nothing or for a common item such as ghillie or pelt armors part, or impossible to craft saddle BP. That's tough.

People were using them to store wyvern milk on The Island, since they would increase the spoil timer and never despawn. :P Sneaky players. It was actually a glitch that they never despawn, they were always meant to work like the surface supply drops.

so if a water drop despawns when no one has looted any, does another respawn somewhere else or does the 25m/50min timer start ?

From my testing, the timer starts when its looted OR despawns.

Ok so fix the wyvern milk, don't put timers on (I say this losely) "decent" supply drops. Either that or update the drops so they are worth going for. I mean it's been over 1yr now and I have seen mentioned atleast twice in digests that the drops were getting an update, but still nothing.
or maybe give us "the players" the option to have the timers on or not.

Also there is only 1 deep sea loot crate at a time now and you have to wait the full 45-50min.

So... Underwater drops was broken all time? They introduced in 233.0 patch and all time broken? guys WTF??? As far as I remember, it was already the time when they self-destruct, and you corrected it. And now you call this glitch, and they should be as ground-drops ... Are you kidding? Besides that there is a third of the recipes can not be trite crafted and we are waiting for a very long time when you make their implementation (233.0 remind came January 28), so now underwater could drop stupidly disappear under your nose ... This is not just a mockery. This F*****g B********* -__-

You know how it looks? Right before your eyes, waving a bundle of money. a good bundle of money ... and then give the stomach with all his strength, and say, '♥♥♥♥. " That's how I felt like, when in front of me disappeared underwater loot because I struggled with alpha mosasaurs over him. Alpha I killed but found that I was not able to drop ... And what if there was a legendary saddle on Giga, or mosasaurs, or Quetzal. Firstly, you are not warned that the underwater-drops will start the timer. Secondly, you said that they were broken all the time, but it is longer. Third, before they have included a timer, and you corrected it. Well, to make so that in THESE drop it was impossible to lay down and it was impossible THROUGH THEM OPEN TRANSFER. WHY YOU just broke UNDERWATER Drop?

Yeah it's pointless even going for these now. Thanks for breaking something that wasn't broke... again. Think about it, 1 drop is on the map at any time now. You have 100 (whatever you want to call this time/hp) to find the crate. If you don't find it, it despawns and you have to wait another 45-50 min to have a chance to get 1.

Yeah it's not like the beacons even show a beam of light like their landed counterparts. As we all know, they are pretty hard to see even close up/with Scuba Mask.

This new system is highly encouraging to block all Deep-Sea crate spawns except for 2. If you force spawn the crate locations, you can at least check in a few minutes, rather than trying to scout the entire perimeter of The Island for something that may not even exist. Completely broken either way :(
