Nitrado.net FTP Settings Not Saving

Hi all,

I was looking to get some assistance with changing the FTP settings of my ARK server. I have been attempting to update through the Nitrado file host and also tried using Filezilla to make changes to my GameUserSettings.ini and neither seems to be working. If anyone has any advice or a fix I could try that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the memes, I will be contacting Nitrado. I still feel as though they aren't the issue because, when I attempted to make changes on FileZilla they also didn't work.

you didn't make the changes on Filezilla!
you did try to change the files on Nitrado trough Filezilla.

Are you really sure you're able to manage a server if you fail on such simple tasks like an internet search on your own?

Fixed it. The issue isn't what you're describing Gran so I don't know why you feel the need to be hostile. The problem was an "Expert Mode" option from Nitrado that disabled all editing of the configs for the server. After enabling this option (which is located under settings>settings on your server overview) the GameUserSettings.ini can be changed normally.

so you're saying it wasn't what i linked too cause they renamed "Engine-Settings" to "Expert Mode", well okay.

But i give you credit for posting the new solution so the next one with the same problem can be linked here, cause he won't do a search either ;-)
