Report a translation problem
Explorer's edition has the base game and the Season pass combined, but if you own the base game, steam will discount the Explorer's edition by taking the price of the base game out.
So if you own the base game, both are just you buying the Season Pass

I mean unless you want to nitpick that it's not the same because it comes without the game (which shouldn't matter because most PC players that wanted collector's edition already had the game)
