Ark, can the Spino break stone walls?

I want to tame a spino and make a trap with possibly giant stone door frames to trap it, can they break stone door frames?

Rock Elemental and Alpha dinos (any type) can also damage stone

the map im on the titan doesnt spawn, on the ark map idk why but it doesnt, neither does the dire bears.

You can always check a same type building on the wiki to find out what can damage it:

This is from stone foundation but would apply to any "stone structure" including walls and ceilings. Some things like storage boxes may look wood/stone but are treated as thatch, so watchout with campfires/boxes etc. The wiki will have that information as well. Just look for the specific item to see what type of structure it is considered.

The Stone Foundation is treated as a stone structure and can only be damaged by:
Metal Weapons (5%)
Explosives (150%)
Ballista Turret (40%)
Alpha Predators (10%)
DodoRex (300%)
Bosses (10%)
Dunkleosteus (15%)
Giganotosaurus (15%)
Rock Elemental
Titanosaur (~462%)

Just look up stone structures on the gamepedia wiki. There's actually a list of what dinos can damage what structures, somewhere. I forget all the various ones that can.

dodorex and titan can hurt metal dunkle giga and rock ele can hurt stone
