How to enable PVE wild dino pick up on Non-Dedicated server
Hai, I've been looking for a way to enable a way to carry wild dinos on my Non-dedicated server. I haven't really found anything. Does anyone know how to do this?

There should be a flyer carry check box.

That setting (among others) is broke for single player / non-dedicated games, so you can not enable it. :steamfacepalm:

Either swtich to PvP or look into an inexpensive dedicated server, which might be better because if the game isn't running resourse are not respawning, smelters are not smelting, crops aren't growing, poops don't compost into fertilizer, ect.

I have no problems picking up dino's with flyers in a sp session.

Me also. Never heard of this problem. Flyer carry has always worked SP.

Under the advanced tab check the box named "allow flyer carry pve"

Already did that and it didn't work.

Meaning 'switch to pvp' meaning making my server pvp?

Try this, go to the drive that holds your steam folder usually the C drive, then go to Program Files (x86), Steam, Steam Apps, common, ARK, ShooterGame, Saved, Config, WindowsNoEditor and open up GameUserSettings and locate the entry "AllowFlyerCarryPvE" and make sure it says AllowFlyerCarryPvE=True. Once you do that close it and it will say save changes, say yes and try the game again....should fix the issue, from time to time checking the box doesn't actually set it to true in the .ini file.

Yes. Make your non-dedicated server a PvP session. If it's just you playing it won't really matter anyways.
