Speed up hair growth IN GAME?

Are there any items to consume or anything you can do to make your haor grow faster? The server I'm on right now must have hair growth set to the absolute lowest and I desperately need the S+ Nanny but it cost 50 human hair and after a week ive only accrued 30 something hair from my cousin and myself.
