Can't learn weapons and bullets engrams.

So for some reasons I cannot learn any weapons or bullets engrams, has that ever happened to you ? or has a fix been found? I checked around google and cant really find a fix for it

Do you have the prerequisite engrams like gunpowder, spark powder, mortar, etc learned? Sometimes attempting to learn higher engrams will not work until the lower engrams have been learned(even when it prompts to learn them.... you'll need to manually learn each one individually in the menu).

I had this issue myself a while back. turned out i had to verify my local files. there was something wrong. try verifying.
