Try the resolution slider and max it out.

The only other thing I can suggest it use the reset resolution option when starting the game thru steam. Once at the title screen exit game. Then start normal then at at the title screen set graphics options to your normal, exit game (yet again) then start normal. Enter game as usual and see if that helps. Or reinstall clean GPU drivers.

Shouldn't get worse, unless there is something wring with your PC. Could you post specs please.

check the checkbox for use high quality LODs. Also you can force anti aliasing through drivers but it will most likely be too laggy

Sadly all you can do is turn down AA to the lowest setting and put the game into 4k @max resolution slider.

Leaves are not 3d. They are 2d transparent textures.

If using NVIDIA Control Panel:
Set "Antialiasing - Transparency" to Multisample while forcing the desired antialiasing with the "Antialiasing - Mode" AND "Antialiasing - Setting" options.

If using NVIDIA Profile Inspector:
Set "Antialiasing - Transparency Multisampling" to Enabled while forcing the desired antialiasing with the "Antialiasing - Mode" AND "Antialiasing - Setting" options.
