Except if using RAW Sockets you only need to forward the Serverport and the Queryport for UDP. Stop spreading nonsense Information.
@jordi sometimes if the WAN.IP changed and you didn't told ASM to reload it in the UI (Upper Row, middle part) ASM tries to find the server on the old WAN.IP.
This status means the server its not showing up ingame servers list but your friends can join if you give them the ip.
Sorry I do not have an answer to fix your problem though.
If you use an antivirus software with an build-in Firewall it might be those.
If you're on a router behind another router you need to forward the ports on the other Router too.
or your ISP might be using a Dual-Stack Lite setup to emulate IP v4 over IP v6, happen a lot in Europe these days.
At least one other User (East-Europe) had an ISP that blocked UDP Ports (to figure that out took quit some time^^)
as you see there are a few point of failure, hard to tell which one it is.
Users are not able to connect (lan or online) and stopping the server and restarting seems to get things up again.
