Console commands not working

I'm playing PC PVE. I can open console but the commands aren't working. Not sure if I'm parsing them correctly or if I'm missing another step somewhere. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks.

If ur on a server u dont want to do that. If its on sp try
Enablecheats if u have a passwordit goes here.
First
Then try ur cheats.
Enablecheats 1234

Thanks for the reply. Not on a server. Single player. I don't have a password but tried enablecheats 1234. TNA. I have typed " fly " on the command line, it works. Have tried a few command items but nothing shows up in my inventory. Thanks.

For SP with no pass just login and type EnableCheats into the console. From there you can open the admin menu by typing ShowMyAdminManager into the console, or just type in the entire command you want to use.

I use a small app to copy paste cheats. And the pass is set if u ever use a non dedicated or dedicated server also save in ur ini file feel free to check that out. I have this post on my eall thing ill send u the name of the app when i get home.

Its called
Ascendant ark assist.
When u click on an item it copies the code to ur clipboard. Ctrl v is the paste command.
Works great!

OK. I'm making some headway. I am able to add items to my inventory by using the item number. I am unable to add items by using i.e., PrimalStructure_Bed_Modern_c, then enter. What part of the equasion am I missing ?. Thanks.

It's not giveitemnum but GFI
And for the extra long one with "somethin something blueprint something" it's giveitem.

So there is giveitemnum, GFI and giveitem depending on which one you use.

If you mean, giveitemnum, GFI or giveitem. Yes. I was asking which command specifically applys to blueprint applications. Thanks for the lipp,err, help.

Thanks for the reply and patience. This is exactly what I am doing. Open console using Tab. Then on the command line I type: giveitem primalstructure_bed_modern_c . Nothig happens. I also tried using GFI just for grins TNA. Thanks

I doesn't work without 1 0 0...
