Server Dino Lag, Decent Hardware

Hello all,

I am running a private cluster with a 3 servers on a dedicated machine. The specs are pretty decent, using a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. The machine doesn't seem hardly taxed at all running all 3 servers, yet I still seems to have some lag issues. The servers' fps is consistent, yet dinos seem to rubber band a lot (and of course hitreg issues as well). I have tried increasing the tick rate to help and manually setting the client min and max bandwidth, however this also doesn't seem to fix the issue. In fact, these settings, and various combinations of them I have tested, cause even more problems for me. When I have the tick rate manually set I find that I get randomly dismounted from my astrodelphis. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

My server's specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
32GB ddr4 @3200mhz
1TB Samsung 980 nvme drive

1. Full specs of the rig(as steam's help-system information shows).

2. Are you using modded content on the servers? If so list all mods by name and in their load order.

3. Are you using boosted rates, higher wild dino counts etc? If so specify those.

Reason for asking on all that is that there can be discrepancies to account for your issues from it and we need to, by process of elimination, make sure they're not the culprits.

I am running Ubuntu on the server.

My rates are:
2x Hatching Rate
80x Maturation Rate
4x Harvesting
2x Xp
5x Taming
fly speed leveing is enabled.
Everything else is default.

The mods I am using are:
Custom Tranqs & Scope, sleep able bed, Easy Cryo v2.0, Structures Plus, Classic Flyers, and Mini Industrial Forge, should be in that order.

Rubber banding points into network issue unless there is heavy caching done on the server. Do all players connecting to server have the issues?
