I'm currious....

I Googled "Radmin" in order to see what it was and, what does Radmin have to do with the configuration?

What you are describing usually relate to a bad firewall & NAT configuration or ISP issue.

Make sure that you configured your network like suggested in the wiki and it should be fine (except if it is your ISP blocking ports).

Radmin is basically used for playing through LAN a better alternative to hamachi LAN hosting i used it to play lots of stuff Lan Minecraft Lan for example and it worked just fine

Assuming all the non-disclosed info like your server and network configurations,t is probably your network configuration that is at fault.

Dont know... there shouldnt really be a problem since i used the program to play any game multiplayer with friends through LAN with no issues Ark is the only one causing an issue
Every damn tutorial says for the Host to run a non dedicated server and I should join through The console open *IP and vouila but it doesnt seem it will work that way unfortunately

For the game server, there is no difference between a LAN and a WAN. Also, comparing a software with other unrelated softwares is just confusing and won't help in any ways.

IMO, don't use non-dedicated servers. Setup a real server or play on a real server. Non-dedi isn't reliable from what I read on this forum.

Simply pop up a VM and run the server in it (you'll only require 1 CPU thread, 6~15GB of RAM depending on your map choice and 40GB of storage for A-to-Z, OS included)

Both of our PCS arent the best so a VM is out of the question and a real server is just full of mega bases that crash my game so for now ill play single player until i find a way to play with my friend Ive never had a problem with LAN server hosting up until now and paying for a server is also out of the question For now ill see if theres someone that has had the same problem and knows a fix for it
