nitrado help

so basically i was running a server on nitrado for me and a couple friends on ps4. all of a sudden everyone's game started crashing one by one and they could barely even open ark. now attempting to open ark just crashes the game for everyone and i cant even get on nitrado without a error 504 gateway timeout. the browser and cloudfare are working but the host is error. no idea what any of this means or how to fix the problem if possible. having a fun multiplayer experience with this game just seems hopeless at this point. any help would be greatly appreciated. :(((

update i can view my server on nitrado now however ark still refuses to work. still very curios as to what caused everything so i can avoid it and how to fix ark. code that this all caused: "ark ps4 error ce-34878-0". itd be greatly appreciated if someone could explain what happened and how to maybe avoid it happening again. as well as help with error code. it affected everyone's system that was on the server. (if any of this helps)

All i can say is that it's a shame Nitrado is the only option for console players.

Their servers are quite frankly some of the worst servers out there. Even their own website servers are trash.

Not much help to be had on this forum though since no Nitrado officials reads them and no Wildcard officials bothers with them anymore.

Your best bet is to go to the Nitrado forums and ask for help there, though keep in mind that some of the moderators there can be rather toxic as well as impatient and will in most cases just leave you stranded and tell you to help yourself, as that's what happened to me time and time again, along with other friends i know who used Nitrado, until we decided to play on the PC instead and find a proper host.
