And what average fps should they play it?
LOL 40 fps is a looooooot, is a good way to play, console gamers play whit 30 or 40 fps and so many players do on pc, thats sad really
30 or 40 fps means stuttering like hell.
In Elite Dangerous I got 45-55 FPS consistently which you would consider low but it was as smooth as silk.
40 can be perfectly smooth even with motion depending on game. As others have said, consoles used to settle around here for performance reasons.
Not to mention every game made before about 2000 ;)
