Obviously cheaters, take screenshots and make a video for evidence ....
it's directly related to singleplayer not keeping areas in memory I believe, fixing it would be the same thing as running the standard server anyway.
Some bugs are inconsequential, some bugs can't be fixed as they are a direct result of using UE4, and there are of course, still some that probably could be fixed but haven't yet, or may never be. All that said, a badly placed object (The grass) isn't a bug, it's just a badly placed object.
