FOUND THE ARK SURVIVAL EVOLVED STONE RAMP

Ark did include a stone ramp, you place stone stairs where you want it to be, then home interact and on the bottom you'll have an option to convert the stairs to a ramp. so many threads haven't been able to find it but i stumbled across this just now.

This would be because the feature was added much later to the game than perhaps the threads you're vaguely referring to....

i think this was added when they absorbed S+, as i am sure it was an S+ feature. :P
