Remove Tamed Dino level up limit?

I have done some looking around and haven't found a way to do this, but is there a way to remove the level up limit on tamed dinos for singleplayer? I would love to be able to tame a dino in the early game and take that dino all the way to end game and have him be able to get to the same level as a dino I tame later.

Yes just copy your game.ini and gameusersettings.ini from your mp server and copy it to the WindowsNoEditor folder client side. ;)

Lets assume that I don't really know much about doing that and pretend I am as dumb as rocks. :) How do I do that and do I need to edit anything?
