Such issues are a symptom and not a cause.
Unless you want to provide more info, determining which possible cause or potential fix isnt really likely.
Start by going to the steam help menu, click system information and then copy paste all that here so we can see what steam detects for your rig and any potential discrepancies.

2. Ark and steam onthe main drive which should be an ssd not an hdd.
3. Your graphic card is lower end for ark. You need to not attempt to play ark in settings above its limitations for your card. Even lower if you are playing with modded content, mall sized bases and dino lots, etc.
4. If you are using mod too please list them by name and load order.
Start with that n go from there
Okay so dropping to one monitor would really help? I feel it wouldn't make much.
Ark and steam are already in the same SSD drive (Steam is kinda splitted as less important games are stored in the HDD)
I have NVIDIA optimizing the game at what my computer can take (I tried running the game to the lowest setting and it didn't fixed anything)
I can go through my mods but it hasn't been an issue until recently, for the textures I mean.
I do need to make a point where the game runs fine if anything, the only issues is textures either being there and going away as I play or just being blurry as I start playing. Thanks for the help, though!
The thing is that I used to load more mods than I'm playing with right now (I used to play with custom maps + primal fear full collection + addition mods and now I can't even load ragnarok with the DOX mod) without issues but I'm curious about changing my textures, how do I do that? (To keep in mind I already tried to put everything to low without any changes to my problem)
So I'm still having issues and I wonder if the NVIDIA update did something with Ark since all my other games run just fine like they did before. Anyone knows if Ark had issues whenever drivers updates?
Since we do not know what mods and other information as before, good luck to you. It could be bad mods, load order and your attempting to play the game beyond the means and limitations of your rig. No the nvidia update is not the issue as if it were you'd see scores of people on here with complaints. You are not.
Your "other games" are not also considered by game articles to be one of the most demanding games on computer rigs on the net for years still now.
For the exception of the DOX mod, the other mods are very low ones such a stacking mods, super structure and other small mods I was able to run very well before. Like I said, I used to run WAY more until I decided to update my NVIDIA driver and then ♥♥♥♥ started to hit the fan which is why I asked about it here. I also play with only the very small mods on normal Genesis part 1 map and STILL get the issue, which is now probably not caused by mods or their order.
Either Ark did an update that sadly did something to textures being read by most of the bigger mods of the community or the NVIDIA update and Ark aren't going good together. Maybe the mix of everything, who knows. I asked as I wanted to know if anyone else was experimenting the same thing as well (Answer is yes, as google is filled with the issue but sadly without any working answer which pushed me to write this question)
I have to repeat this though: I have been playing this game for ~1.5K hours over a few years and NEVER had this issue before on the SAME computer (actually, I did upgrade my RAM but that's pretty much it)
Thank you for answering and trying to help me out, it's appreciated
There must be something else bugging your texture.
Have you tried starting ARK with the second last start option "Reset Game Resolution" ?
Notice how 3 times now he's avoided listing all mods by name and in their load order. That plus his being on a 1060 and probably playing the game above the means of his rig but saying "I've not had problems before" yet failing to recognize that he's just been rolling the dice. There's a bit of a pattern with his thinking that his opinions of correlation do not equal causation.
At this point its best to consider this a user end issue and wish him the best of luck otherwise.
