Deinonychus eggs are too cold to hatch.
I just build a small hatchery, placed 8 air conditioners in an U-Shape, closed that of with a camp fire and placed 2 A/Cs on top with a floor. I have over 1300 cold resistence while I stand there, but the egg is too cold? I must be doing something wrong, but I don't know what...

unless you are using modded air cons you could need 20+ vanilla air cons

Are you sure? I have seen other users confirming that it should work with a couple of campfires and standing torches and also note, that it would be easier with A/Cs

"Couples of" means around 20, either AC unit or standing torch. Deinonychus requires high temp so torches are cheaper. If you are hatching cold eggs then expensive AC is the only choice.

You can use dimetrodons like a AC. 1 insulation per 1% damage. A dime with a 40 stat on damage provides ~225 insulation (not imprinted, not skilled).

I found that 8 standing torches will hatch em, least on Val
