NO TEK ENGRAM UNLOCKS ON GEN 2?????

I really hope someone can point me in the right direction, but does beating the final boss in Gen 2 really NOT unlock any tek engrams?? Also, is it suppose to erase EVERYTHING (including dinos) that I brought in with me when we win and beat the game?? WTF lmao

I heard of a bug erasing progress after beating the Gen 2 boss, but I have no clue if it was fixed in any of the after launch patches.

it unlocks the new mek. all other tek u get before, so no need. this is endgame map

you sure about that ? i did alpha rockwell and gamma rockwell .... and got no mek unlocked

Yeah I understand it's the endgame map, but that means you either have to play on official or a cluster to have access to other maps to even get Tek? Not to mention that you just lose all your best gear even if you beat rockwell, like ur not about to keep playing a week after the damn dlc comes out, also means you start from scratch on prep for Beta and Alpha......All to unlock a Mek that you can't even craft unless you already have a survivor with the engrams or build back up to fight the bosses elsewhere....That's honestly pathetic. I love playing Ark and grinding for the end goal, but I'm also an adult who can't spend every hour I'm not at work grinding lmao FYI before I get roasted, I play on unofficial servers with a large group of people bc I don't want the rubberbanding every 2 min, and we reset each time bc there's no fun in being max lvl on a brand new map, so I guess thats on me.....so I guess I get the short end of the stick bc they can't seem to figure out how to optimize servers after years of success and the game running lmao imma wait a few weeks after release before investing any hope in Ark 2
