Genesis 2, a way to make Element from Element Shards?

I will start with saying I am, as of writing, level 92.
Me and my wife is playing on a private server. We went to "space" and gathered a ton of shards. Now the problem is that we can't find a way to make them into Element. We tried in the "Mission" platforms, but it's greyed out.
Is there any way for us to make it into Element before we get the Tek Replicator?

To add, because i edited it cause i misread something, there might be a mod that allows it.
Or a way to add it to another crafting table, via .ini configs, but in the default game there is not.

Shards can still power things like Replicator and is ammo for tek bow. So it has uses.

the Shards you get in big amount at the Ores in the Space, and the Element itself you get there with a very rare chance

You need to defeat several bosses in several difficulties.

To unlock the Tekgram for the Tek Generator you have to defeat the Megapithecus on medium / beta, the Manticore on easy / gamma difficulty, Rockwell on easy / gamma difficulty, the Desert Titan, or the Crystal Wyvern Queen on easy / gamma difficulty.

You can convert Element Shards into Element with the Tek Recplicator but i think the Engramm you need is from Extinction.

So, as we haven't set up a clustered map system, we're kinda screwed lol

You can unlock the engram via admincheat, or you can add it to your game.ini.
Also, there´s "unlockallengrams" which i like to use on my server, every levelup you get every engram for this level unlocked no engram points needed and it unlocks the dlc engrams too.

Odd that the mission terminals are not allowing you to convert the Shards, we just did some last night on our private server with no issues -other than its slow as hell.

edit: I just read in another thread that if you're using a Item Stack mod you wont be able to convert those Shards. Maybe thats your issue?


You dont need a cluster to unlock engrams on a private server, they can be auto-unlocked at any level you set them to. Reminder that default max level is 105. To go higher you need to Ascend (defeat bosses) or level up a Chibi.

We are using the unlockallengrams ( or how it's called, it's set up via ASM ) only thing that we have a gripe with around that, is that the "unlocked engrams" fills the screen when you level lol

Yeah, we are running HG stacking mod.
I don't think there's a need for us to level higher than 105 ... we are mostly here to enjoy the map...
I think that after close to 4k hours in ARK .. it's all about chilling and doing fun stuff :D

It's your stack mod that's casing the issue. The mission thing to craft element can't read that you put element shards into it so it's greyed out. I'm sure you already know that if you remove your stack mod then all of your stuff will vanish so you're kind of screwed unless you cheat.
