I had a similar problem, where times when I change the game resolution to play on my TV, the apply/save didn't work and it feels like it goes to a lower resolution.
Proper fix was to go from fullscreen to window mode and back to fullscreen and it got fixed.
sorry for any bad english

It seems that the last update makes it so setting antialiasing to low does not remove it anymore and there is always antialiasing on now which is the worst type, the same one that makes games like Conan Exiles or Red Dead Redemtion 2 also look blurry, so it is some form of TAA probably. They need to let us turn it off completely, not just set it to low and force it on.
I tested if it was the same across all maps, and it wasnt, So i validated my ark files, which resulted in 3 files that needed to be reaquired.
Has been working since...
Hope you find a solution to your problem.
