federation exo tek suit question

how do I switch modes on the visor?
ive found people saying to double tap E but that doesnt seem to work with the federation exo tek suit

any suggestions?

Hold R or your Reload key for 3-5 seconds, it should pull up a multi-use wheel to give you the ability to turn it off or toggle the mode
