Try the SDF cheat, and does the male one work?
I'll have a look later today at it, but no reason that cheat shouldn't be working.

Was a type in the Blueprint path, Fixed it on the sheet now.

 cheat spawndino "Blueprint'/Game/Genesis2/Dinos/BiomeVariants/Xenomorph_Character_BP_Female_Gen2.Xenomorph_Character_BP_Female_Gen2'" 1 1 1 150 

Though if you want the one you can tame, spawn the male, Queens are wild only.
