ARK Server Cluster not showing up

Hi,

I have a problem with my ARK cluster. I'm using the pterodactyl webinterface to manage my servers. I am not hosting in a private network. The ARK servers are running on a dedicated server and each server has its own public ip address.
I've added -ClusterDirOverride=/home/ark-cluster -clusterid=myCluster to the start command of each server. ARK creates a new folder in the ClusterDir. I can upload/download dinos but cannot transfer characters. I cannot see the other server in the list. Always "no sessions found".
I've tried everything so far google gave me but still no success.
Can anyone help me or has anyone the same problem?

I haven't a clue about pterodactyl webinterface.

I do know that each server in a cluster needs to be linked properly (In Ark Server Manager's case, with a cluster ID). That needs to be done before you can transfer characters.

Uploading dinos and items do not require that the cluster be set up properly (you don't even need to be in a cluster to do that, which make Tek transmitters hugely powerful, even if not used in a cluster - you can use them to transfer huge quantities within just one server), so I'm pretty sure your cluster wasn't set up properly.

Hi, thanks for your response.
Then I don't know what to do else expect of setting the same clusterid on each server and theses settings in the GameUserSettings.ini:
PreventDownloadSurvivors=False
PreventDownloadItems=False
PreventDownloadDinos=False
PreventUploadSurvivors=False
PreventUploadItems=False
PreventUploadDinos=False
noTributeDownloads=False

Since the server is a linux headless maschine i cannot use the ark server manager

Being completely ignorant of the software you are using, I haven't a clue.

A little sidenote he forgot to add: We tried both servers on different IPs, same IPs, different ports, same ports , mix and match of all the before, password protected and no password. Our server filter gets reset to unofficial servers each time we access the obelisk. Also the servers don't have the same name. We're not trying to access a DLC map (Island and Ragna). Both servers have the same mods and run 99% on the same config. Only changes are structure limit and difficulty setting.
