How do you jump through a window?

I'm trying to get into a window because I don't have any explosives yet, I'm on Genesis: Part 2, if that helps.

You have to sprint and hit the dive button.

i've seen other posts about people being raided through them, was wondering how they did it.

they probably throw out a creature through the window into the building and then mount the creature which would effectively TP them through the window
