Tek sensor

Tek sensor dont showing enemy like parasaur and do nothing for alert you that something happening near where is placed. What is his function if is not alarm ????

As you can see in the picture next of me are 2 willd mosas, tek sensor is setuped as detector of wild but doing do noething !

I wil realy apreciate if i can see some tutorial of him, how use it etc
