How Do I Increase Stack Sizes Singleplayer PC?

I play singleplayer Ark and am getting really annoyed by things like wood and prime meat taking up a ton of space in inventories and was looking for ways to stop this. Apparently, there was a way to change the stack size of any item added to the base game, and I've been looking around for a way to do it. I've looked through forums, blogs, articles, and they constantly give me some code [for reference:
ConfigOverrideItemMaxQuantity=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemResource_SubstrateAbsorbent_C",Quantity=(MaxItemQuantity=10000,bIgnoreMultiplier=true))]
and some people are saying how to input the code in a server, but not singleplayer. Everywhere I've looked it either ends in people saying that you can't do it on console, or how to input the code on a server. I'm on singleplayer, not a server, I don't know where to put the code. I've tried pasting it in the admin log, nothing happened.

If mods are an option for you, HG stacks has several different stack size mods available.

i personally would recommend HG stack mods as well.

there are only a few mods out there that aren't compatible with it
