How to obtain the Witches Hat?

Went to the oblesik 10 times and different ones without seeing the crafting option at the oblesik. Is it broken? I have looked in the cooking pot, checked engrams, and the mortar pestle with no luck. I have all the required mats that i read about but just cant seem to figure it out.

After double checking and triple checking both the Island engrams and SE engrams I just dont see it. Maybe we arent supposed to have it on Primitive or there is another way of aquiring it.

I haven't seen anyone who could find it, and neither can I, however you can use console commands on PC here is the command:

cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Armor/Skin/
PrimalItemSkin_WitchHat.PrimalItemSkin_WitchHat'" 1 1 false

Thank you. Apparently they didnt release it or dont even know that its missing. I dont know. You never know with these events because your always left wondering how to obtain something.

I just found it in my engrams i just seached for Hat and found it instandly.
Takes like 5 difrent bone dino skins and a bunch of gravestones, scarecrows, and pumkins.

Yeah I did the same but came up empty and so have my tribemates as well as others. Are you on official?

Has anyone else experienced the engrams missing or a way of crafting the witches hat?

I have it in my engram list and learned both hats, on PC. It was about half way down the list next to the green house items, if that helps. I am playing on the normal island map, you said you are on primative?

Yes I am on primitive and do not see the engram for it. Would love an answer from someone official or someone with the knowledge whether they released it or not.

Im on offical 479, its primative, we don't have Witch Hat engram either :(

Yeah it seems they left it out for whatever reason. Doesnt make sense because we had it last year on Primitive.
