Assertion Failed, Array Index out of bounds
Edit*: The crash has been supposedly fixed by multiple counts :) Yay! Now I'm in the process of validating my files to fix a fatal error crash now lol. Love you ark!

Edit: I believe that the reason for this crash is due to the asteroids biome in genesis 2. It's trying to load in the resources at 1:30 in-game time and is in turn crashing.

Hiii, so I recently got ARK Genesis pt 2 (have yet to play part 1-- part 2 looked awesome alright) and anytime I go near my base it crashes.
I have these mods loaded:
Structures S+
Platforms Plus (Open Source)
Death Recovery Mod (v1.12.1)
Dino Bars
Pro Resource Stacks

also I am playing in singleplayer

ShooterGame.exe!TIndexedContainerIterator

Those 2 lines would lead me to believe, that there is an item in a container in your base, that is causing said problem (resource stacks mod maybe ?).

It's bed time here atm, so don't have a lot of help to offer, but i would recommend backing up your save file first (use the desktop if you must). Once you have a backup of the save, remove all mods and load the map, if that works restore the backup and add 1 mod and repeat the process (or remove 1 mod at the time until you find the problem).

If the error stays, its not mod related and potentially only recoverable via the automated backups the game makes, there should be solid guides on how to restore SP save games to help guide you if needed.

whats weird though is that once I rejoin for about the fifth time it works and won't crash. I'll try that once it happens again though ^^ (it's letting me currently into my base, why I don't know. I did remove all the mods except S+ and Resource Stacks and it crashed but then worked the 2nd time)

Annoying to say the least, but, oh well. Will slowly start moving everything into boxes..

I have similar problems but the pattern i've noticed wasnt related to my base but rather the ingame clock reaching 1:30 and crashing precisely at THAT moment and i have vague thoughts why that could be but im not intirely sure and i dont know how to open DMP files so i might be screwed

Well 1:30 ingame time is when the asteroids (if you're talking about genesis) dimension switches. So that might be the cause for you. How to fix? Absolutely no idea :(

I've noticed that a lot of people after this recent update are having an array problem so y'know, thats fun.

*Also, I just read under the Resource Stack mod I'm using that it requires to be on top of the mod list or whatever. I have never had it up there and it worked fine... Time to change that. Maybe that'll stop it? Hm.

I started having this error last night. Thought it was my resource stacks mod (zeds meat), removed it, and saved out (in solo) to clear out any 'containers' and still got a crash.

The odd thing is I'm only crashing when I go to fly into the tech trench when to go mine the asteroids.

The only other mod I have is Structures Plus, so I now I need to start testing with backups to see if that is it.

Just chiming in. I have a similar crash when I head towards the asteroid ring from the Eden ring. This started happening to me today in modded singleplayer after the latest update.

Yeah, I tested without 'Super Structures' - not Structures Plus, and I still got a crash. It seems like any time the game attempts to load/stream in the Asteroid biome it becomes crash city.

My base is at 38/77 and just travelled west with a GPS and crashed out at 69 (nice) too.
I was looking forward to playing this weekend.

I've been having the same issue for 2 days. I dont run mods, it happens most often for me when i'm flying using the tech suit and flying towards the space biome. My base is near the space needle. It even crashes when walking on foot in that direction.

and it crashed again... this time, I was in my base and hadn't left for maybe 10-15m (small-ish base, about 9x15 probably.)

I think, at the time of that crash, it had been around 1:30-4:00 in-game. Not too certain.
But for previous crashes, it was around 22:30* and earlier/later.

Crashed again, this time at exactly 1:32 (had the time up cause it had crashed once more)

I’m basically right outside the asteroids. The uh huge doors leading to I think Eden? I’m at one of them (the second one to the entrance to the asteroids — basically in the chunk where people above are crashing)
Not certain of the exact cords but from what I remember checking it was x(forgot), 68.5
Before that, when it had first started, I had been next to a mountain in Eden (I hope that’s the right name of the area, it’s not the side w all the shadowmanes and craziness) I think it was in front of the third door but across the lake. Why it would be loading the asteroids from there I don’t know. Perhaps because I have a stryder tame there?

I can tell you exact cords (hopefully) in like 7-8 hours. I’m off to bed :(
