Dedicated server admin commands

Hi there.
I have my own dedicated server now, and am trying to use admin commands but cannot figure out how. There is an admin command password, which I assume I hit "tab" and type it in to give me admin privledges. Then what? It is totally different from nondedicated

Type 'enablecheat yourpasswordhere' to be able to use cheats, then just type 'cheat yourcheathere' and it should work just fine.

I cannot get this ♥♥♥♥ to work for some reason and it is seriously making me so triggered.

Ok, so you have your ServerAdminPassword 0123456(your set password) entered in the ini.

Once in game open your console and type enablecheats 0123456 that should now give you access to all Admin commands.
You can type the command in the console like so: cheat god or cheat infinitestats or you can use this: showmyadminmanager to open admin manager.

Lets say your password was "HELPme"
You would type = enablecheats HELPme
then hit enter
after that type = showmyadminmanager
hit enter and see if you get your admin consol
if you do your golden
