Leech disease ???

Yesterday me and my friend were walking around a swamp and there some leeches got stuck on us. Unfortunetly we died from sarco lvl 60 (yes we are new) and when we started taking some items to craft armor and gear i saw that he had some kind of effect on his head like he was drunk. Soon i got that red skull with bones on my right bottom corner and my character stats were massed up. We managed to kill leeches and get leach blood to make cure but still after sometime we get the disease again without going to the swamp. Can someone explain me how can i gte rid of it i tried even giving cure to all our dinos.
