spawn codes for the dinosaur bones or fossil piles?

I had to update my server for a mod, and on restart everyones dino bones are gone. It wasn't enough to craft any of the skins but enough time was spent collecting them that they are not happy to have lost them all.
Are they meant to despawn on server restart? are there codes to replace those that have been lost?

The only spawn codes I could find were those of the the skins, which isn't helpful to me
