ps4 ark to pc
Ok so I own a dvd version of ark on the ps4 but since I now have a proper gaming pc I would like to play pc ark is it possible to get a verion of ark on the pc without having to buy it again?

No cross platform or play. You have to buy the pc version

Sony won't allow for that Cross Platform, and they are completely different versions of the game.

I dont mean cross play I mean since i have already bought ark once do i have to buy it again for pc

The only cross platform... is the XBOX to the WINDOWS 10 version (NOT STEAM).

You can't do it. You can't get the steam version without buying it. If you have xbox, you can have the windows 10 and xbox version.

To help clarify in case the OP gets confused, the Win10 UWP(univeral windows platform) version from the Microsoft store only hehe.

You cant.


To understand this better:


Steam= closed platform

PS4= Closed platform

Xbox= only Crossed on the Universal Windows platform with the Microsoft store version of Windows 10 specifically for UWP considerations.


In other words, if you want to play on steam you have to buy the steam version. Period.
