i did even did a google search and turned up nothing.

The last number on the spawn code is for the level

[Lethal]

The first three numbers are X, Y, Z coordinates to spawn in relative location to you as a player. They are in UE units, so 300=1 foundation.

The part after "SpawnDino" is the blueprint path, you can exchange it for other dino's ..... Not to be confused with the entity id.

The Wiki tells you how to spawn every item and creature in the game. Simply look up what you want to spawn and then look on the right hand side in the green boxes. About half way down, you will see a header that reads, Spawn Command. You will have to click the Expand link to the right to show the code but there is a command listed for just about everything in the game.
