Only useful dinos out there besides ravager are crabs and megas.
Drakes and the big snake are somewhat useful but in reality they're meh but theyre only thing you can get.
Reapers are good but its annoying that your light gives them the debuff and going dark its annoying because nameless.
creature and content wise this dlc is lackluster and the map itself has a terrible pathing, really poor designed by all means.
Ravagers are good for farming resources, because they decrease the weight of raw resources.
Megalo is great on this map, because they are always in night mode. They never have to sleep, and they pack a punch.
Even without saddle (lvl 45) they are fine, and when you level quickly enough you can skip anything before.
You will want a (single) spino to farm your first crabs, simply because they cannot grab you from that saddle.
When you have enough ressources to knock-out a crab this will be your to-go mount, and probably the mount you take down with you the first time to grab drake eggs.
Basilisks and reapers are rather meh, since they lack the mobility of drakes and reapers are annoying with that whole light mechanic.
All in all, aberation is rather meh.
