S+ and pickup
It seems that I'm missing something in the configs, since I cant pickup anything placed with s+ like the converter table. Can someone help me since the S+ Discussion are nearly useless.

You need to allow the pickup in the ini. Or you can use the exo-mek to pickup things.

I know, I just need the line for that so I can put that into the ini. file

try the s+ multi tool to pick up if nothing else works

Or you can install the mod called super structures and it has a fully functioning pickup machenic. Or even the builders helmet mod works.
